Pre-AEP brand awareness campaign using real patient stories, led with brand oversight to support Medicare Advantage enrollment.

Three-video campaign featuring real Optum patient stories, launched ahead of Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) to build brand awareness and differentiate Optum through its value-based care model, personalized care approach, and real patient outcomes. Served as the primary Optum brand authority, providing brand oversight and guidance to the agency to ensure accurate, compliant execution.

This project was later recognized with a MarCom Award (Platinum Winner) in the Web Video Series category.
